Recrystallization annealing

Recrystallization annealing is the heat treatment process that the metal after cold deformation is heated to above the recrystallization temperature for a certain period of time so that the deformed grains can be transformed into a uniform equiaxed grain. Recrystallization annealing heating temperature is generally higher than the theoretical recrystallization temperature 150 C ~ 250 C, used to eliminate the distortion organization produced by cold deformation to eliminate hardening while working processes.
