Corrosion resistance

The composition gives the alloy better corrosion resistance under oxidative conditions than nickel 99.2 (alloy 200) and nickel 99.2 (alloy 201, low carbon). Processing
Thermal processing
1. Hot working temperature range 1200 ℃ ~ 900 ℃, the cooling mode is water quenching or rapid air cooling.

Cold processing
1. Cold working materials should be annealed or solution heat treated state, 600 alloy hardening rate and austenitic stainless steel close, so you can choose similar processing equipment.

3. In the cold work more than 5%, then the need for the workpiece solution treatment.

Welding process

Parts heat treatment process
