Releasing stress annealing: releasing stress annealing,also known as low-temperature annealing,which is heated to 500 ゚ C ~ 650 ゚ C ,insulation for a period of time, and then slowly cooled to 300 ゚ C ~ 200 ゚ C before out of furnace. it is widely used due to stress relief annealing temperature is low and does not change the original organization of the workpiece. The purpose of relief stress annealing is to eliminate the residual stresses for castings, forgings and welds pieces as well as the internal stresses caused by cold deformation.
